Kinetics employs 1250 people. It operates out of 22 regional centres plus its head office in Morden, South London.

The overall breakdown of our people is as follows:

There is one director/manager to every 12 staff. We concentrate resources on our operations and not on the corporate centre. Each business unit is largely self standing and self sufficient in terms of its HR, finance and business development. What sits in the centre is all about driving best practice whether in health and safety, quality, people development, leadership, procurement, governance, management and financial reporting, etc.

However in the final analysis Kinetics can only succeed through our engineers, our tradespeople, our supervisors and all of our other customer facing staff. They make or break the organisation. We value them highly and are committed to investing in the ongoing development of their personal skills and competencies. Most importantly we are focused on creating a climate for work which enables individuals to progress and above all enjoy their jobs.
