• have established the Kinetics name as a premier brand in our marketplace
• have a national reputation for consistently delivering on our Customer Promise and Client Commitment
• have had a positive and visible impact on the communities we work in
• turnover around £150m but still be known for the 'family' values and trust that the original businesses were renowned for.
