If we fail to deliver our services in line with the contract or the specification for any job and this leaves our customers dissatisfied with our service we will put the work right at our own cost and make a compensation payment. This promise is irrespective of whether or not it is a contract requirement. The money will be held in our Community Chest and targeted on local improvement projects as defined by the community itself.
In addition we will:
- operate a seven day service in all of our facilities contracts where our customers or client seeks it
- allow our customers to track their own job electronically from the point of order to completion
We believe that our promise is unique in the social housing and broader residential services sector. Inevitably it will not be unique forever and we will keep developing our offer through our Resident Forum so that we remain at least one step ahead of our competitors. |
