It has allowed us to create more quickly than we ever envisaged a genuine one stop and holistic service which embraces through direct delivery all aspects of repairs, facilities management and decent homes work.

Our success in winning a major contract with Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) is testimony to our ability to deliver a broad range of interrelated maintenance and improvement services.

We start our new financial year in July optimistic that despite the economic backdrop we can continue to build our order book (currently £200m) and our various business streams through organic growth. While further acquisitions are possible the focus of our management energy will be on deepening the process of integration and embedding the Kinetics culture throughout the organisation. Progress to date has been impressive and we are confident that we are in a position to challenge the big names in our marketplace. We believe that this can only be good news for clients and customers.
