We offer a complete and comprehensive repairs, maintenance, asset management, major works and facilities service almost exclusively delivered by our own people.
Kinetics is organised to deliver in a regional context utilising our national network but always retaining our local focus. Only by working in this way can we stay close to our customers while bringing the economic advantages of scale to the benefit of our clients. We also believe that as an organisation working mainly in the social housing sector we have a responsibility to put something back into the communities we work in. For us this goes beyond sponsoring local events or supporting local charities. It is also about initiatives to generate local employment, to do our bit to address issues such as worklessness, to build diversity across our workforce to promote improvements in the local infrastructure and to pursue sustainability in everything we do.
We have therefore set up our Community Chest to provide the funding to help us address these issues. |
