Kinetics Group Expansion

Mace & Jones corporate team has worked on a major deal which will see the launch of a new firm specialising in the building, management and repair of property for the public and private sector.

Mace & Jones partner Bruce Robinson and corporate lawyer Lois Wiegand led the Mace & Jones team that acted on behalf of the shareholders of Surrey based Hudson Electronic Systems Limited which has been acquired by Kinetics Group Limited. Sovereign Capital formed Kinetics Group Limited as part of its vision to create a national provider of planned and reactive maintenance services. Sovereign has ambitious growth plans for the group including further acquisitions.

Bruce Robinson said: "The creation of the Kinetics Group brings together a highly experienced team and strengthens the offering to clients and potential clients considerably," he said. "The group's plans for growth will ensure that it is well placed to build on the momentum of this deal."
