Seaflame has 40 years experience with Local Authorities and Housing
Associations and presently has over 80,000 properties on contract and
in excess of 230 central boiler houses, plant rooms and ancillary
equipment. Seaflame's turnover for the year to June 2006 was £16m
and the forecast for 2007 is c£18m all attributable to the services
provided to gas consumers.
Seaflame currently has a staff of approximately 260 and is an equal opportunities employer.
Area of operation: At this time Seaflame
operates service, maintenance and installation facilities in London and
the South-East of England. Seaflame is not confined to these areas and
is prepared to discuss requirements in any other area and it can, with
its group partners, operate nationally.
Experience: Seaflame has specialised knowledge
of M & E equipment, both in Commercial and Domestic areas, for
service, installation and maintenance. This, combined with our In-House
Water Treatment Division (members of the Water Management Society) and
boiler building team, continues to strengthen Seaflame's position in the
market. All of our Contract Managers are ACS and/or ACOPS registered
and are JIB approved where applicable. Additional technical backup is
provided by two Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers.
Seaflame's experience and expertise in it's field of operation is
evident.
Our highly motivated, skilled CORGI registered engineers, a service
fleet of more than 250 vans and an extensive computerised stores and
stock control system maintain Seaflame's reputation as one of the most
efficient and competitive domestic and commercial, mechanical and
electrical, maintenance and installation contractors.
Office, I.T. and Stores: Seaflame operates from
offices and stores facilities located in Morden, Surrey, with additional
offices and stores at Westminster and Southwark in Central London. The
offices in Morden house our senior staff, the administration unit,
stores and our call centre. They are fully equipped with modern
facilities, including computerised accounting which includes stores and
service management control systems.
Hand-held PDAs are used by our engineers to update visit details
into our computer system in 'real time'. These are also used to produce
printed CP12's with electronic signatures.
The store is fully equipped and computerised. It carries in excess
of £100,000 value of spares, from minor components to replacement units.
Transport: Each engineer is equipped with a van
which is renewed and maintained regularly. These vans generally carry
stock at a value of £1,000 as an average, but we can tailor this to suit
your property or contract requirements.
Communication: Each engineer is issued with a
mobile phone. There is a dedicated line for out-of-hours contact and
stand-by engineers are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we
are never closed.
