Local Residents Complement Brookdale Park Improvements
A team from The Lord Group, along with members of Wates, Seddons and Northwards Housing, took a day out to carry out some desperately needed repairs and improvements to Brookdale Park’s Victorian bandstand, the park barriers and a clean up of the surrounding park area.
As well as re-painting the Bandstand and park barriers, members of the team also participated in a litter pick up to make the park more appealing for the local community.
North Area Park Warden, Donna Corry gave a big thank you to everyone who participated and commented how fantastic it looked by the end of the day. She said that she was really pleased with the outcome and that members of the public had already commented about how nice everything looked and what a huge change it had made. |
