Lords successfully completed their 1,000th property on Southway Housing Trust’s window replacement programme.
Mr and Mrs Birbeck were very happy tenants of this 1,000th property to have their windows replaced by Lords as part of Southway Housing Trusts window replacement program. They were delighted to receive some flowers and a
bottle of whisky as a celebration to mark the occasion.
Mr Birbeck commented “our new windows are fantastic, we can’t believe how warm the house is now and how quiet it is. It’s made a massive difference to the avenue, it’s really brightened up the whole
area”.
Mrs Birbeck added “I couldn’t believe how quick the team were when they came to fit the windows, they were brilliant. I was expecting loads of mess but the lads cleared up as they went and left the place spotless”.
Both Mr and Mrs Birbeck asked us to pass on a big thank you to all the team concerned and said that they couldn‘t have asked for anything better, the service they‘ve received from start to finish was excellent ! |
