The Kinetics group has had a successful last quarter with over £200m in new contract wins. Contracts with Liverpool Mutual Housing, Mercian Housing, Choice Homes, TRACS Care, NACRO and Ability Homes are just a few of the new projects secured by the group. They represent a broad range of public and private housing providers across England which reflects the extensive service offering and office locations that the group now has. Des Smith the new managing director of Kinetics Partnerships said “we are particularly pleased to win the LMH contract. This was a significant and targeted bid for the group. It underpins our presence in the north west and establishes us a major maintenance contractor in the region”. Chris Cheshire CEO said “we will continue to target the best clients and projects, we have been able to retain our staff and win work in this recession and we are working hard to build upon this success”.... |
