NEWS - Kinetics Partnerships to work with City West.

The Group is delighted to announce that it has recently succeeded in being appointed to the Contractor Framework for multi element stock re-investment works and also external repairs with City West.
City West is a brand new housing association, set up to take over the ownership and management of 14,800 homes in West Salford. It is run by a management board made up of tenants, independent members and local councillors. It is independent of the council and is regulated by the Tenant Services Authority.
“With a funding agreement in place that will deliver over £235 million in the next five years and over £900 million over the next 30 years, it is anticipated that this contract will make considerable improvements to housing for thousands of people in the Salford area.
