Ada Banister, who describes herself as 88 years young, has been the tenant of the same property since 1941. She is a greatly respected member of the community and is very much loved by all who know her. Ada’s home has recently been part of Southways window replacement program and whilst spending time with our site team, Ada mentioned that she had one wish which she had never been able to fulfil, she had always dreamed of having a trip in a Rolls Royce car.
The Kinetics team quickly set about trying to make Ada’s dream come true and luckily, Emma Barratt who is the contract administrator for Kinetics Group, used her family connections to make it happen. Emma’s father-in-law, Bernard Conway, was kind enough to offer the use of his most prized possession, a beautiful Rolls Royce, and Emma’s Fiancé Michael also volunteered to help make Ada’s dream come true by chauffeuring for the day.
After receiving a bouquet of flowers from Kinetics Operations Director, Bob Kershaw, Ada was whisked away for drinks and lunch. Ada said “this is one of the nicest things to ever happen to me, everyone’s been so kind and made me feel like royalty, it really has been a dream come true and I shall never forget it. Thank you so much.” |
