Southway Housing, in partnership with Kinetics, celebrated the handover of the 4000th property, a window replacement project to the property of Mr & Mrs Sarafin, 10 Hardy Lane, Chorlton.
Mr & Mrs Sarafin commented on the high standard of workmanship and the professional manner displayed by all the site team from start to completion of the window replacement works to their property.
Mrs Sarafin said she was really impressed with the high level of consultation, and the issue of information provided by Southway Housing and Kinetics before, during and after completion of the works and was pleasantly surprised that levels of disruption were kept to a minimum, mainly resulting from regular visits to their property by Kinetics Site Manager and Resident Liaison Officer, Barry and Paul.
