As a company we service approximately 100,000 appliances per year and maintain over 30,000 properties within a broad catchment area for 20 key clients.
Additionally we install over 2,000 high efficiency central heating systems per year.
Active in the use of solar power, Walmotts is developing active relationships with key manufacturers and are implementing equipment and techniques for use in conjunction with renewable energy resources.
Our operations are controlled from our head office in Birmingham by a regional office in Grantham and our new partnership office at the Millennium Basin in Smethwick.
Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 with out of hours cover 24/7, 365 days per year via our bespoke paging system.
Control of our engineers begins with our electronic call logging system, real-time job deployment via handheld computers and communication via mobile phone coupled with vehicle telematics. This ensures cost effective and prompt resource utilization.
These facilities are soon to be enhance by the installation of a new state-of-the art VoIP call monitoring system to effectively manage our customer call-centres.
