Kinetics Group Phone Policy :The Kinetics Group has the ability to record or monitor all calls. This is to facilitate the process of continuous improvement but is also used for training and security purposes. All our office switchboards are open for standard office hours, see office individual times below. We
have the capability to operate for longer hours than listed and link to
an Out Of Hours Service. This is provided for many of our existing
contracts.
