They would be trained on site by our qualified technical trainer with plenty of time to become familiar with your product.

Live Interactive Demonstration
We start with a holding slide with music whilst the demonstrator gets ready for the meeting.
The demonstrator then uses an iPad app to control the whole meeting. They have the ability to switch between multiple cameras, extra video clips and overlays to show all the products features depending on the customers requirements.
Overlays
To give customers more interaction and specific details we create overlays in pictorial or video formats to help demonstrate features, accessories and options.

The Booking System
Allow your customer to easily book a day, time and product to view. Customers can cancel or rearrange their appointment within the booking system.
Our booking system can also be configured for not only virtual demonstrations but also quick hints and tips or one to one PFS.
We all lead busy lives so with email reminders the day before and one hour before the customer’s appointment this greatly reduces “no shows”.
The system is extremely flexible and can be fully integrated in to your website, matching your look and feel and of course, it is also fully GDPR compliant.
The CRM
During the demonstration, notes and tags can be added to a customer’s profile ie. request for a test drive, no show or more information on a particular feature. All customer information is stored securely on servers in Europe to comply with GDPR.
